課程概述

In today’s fast-paced business world, effective communication is key. With the rise of online connectivity and global business practices, interactions between employees, management, clients, and the public are more important than ever. From written correspondence with clients to mass public messaging, critical business presentations, and personal branding, strong communication skills are essential for success.

That’s why Business Communications is consistently ranked as a top workplace skill by employers and recruiters. This course is designed to help you develop the written and spoken communication proficiency you need to excel in various business scenarios.

At the end of the course, students will be able to:
1. Analyze situations and audiences to determine the most effective communication strategies and platforms.
2. Communicate effectively in interpersonal and intercultural settings.
3. Demonstrate good written and oral communication for written Business Communications.
4. Deliver an effective business presentation.
5. Deliver an effective Business Pitch (Think Shark Tank)
